A fantastic effort from our Derbyshire Trophy team this season, falling just short in the final game at North Cave against Humberside.
A draw would have been enough to see us to the finals at Lincoln and with the rink skipped by Clive Knott lying the two shots we needed, things looked promising but with the last bowl of the game, Humberside drew the shot to clinch the win.
We wish Humberside the best of luck in the finals.
